Item I give and bequeath my house lands and tenemts in Hucking and Hollingbourne unto MARGARETT my loving wife for her natural life shee keeping and maintaining ye same in good repair and paying ye Lord's rent and I do hereby will and bequeath my said house lands and tenemts in Hucking and Hollingbourne unto ANN RANDALL my daughter after ye decease of MARGARETT my wife for and during ye natural life of her ye said ANN RANDALL if she survive my wife and after ye decease of ANN RANDALL my daughter then I give and bequeath the said house lands and tenemts unto JOHN RANDALL my grandchild and his heires forever I give and bequeath it and ye said ANN RANDALL my daughter or JOHN RANDALL my grandsonne pay unto JOHN RANDALL and MARYE RANDALL my grandchildren ye sume of tenn pounds of lawfull money of England to each of them wthin six months after ye said house & lands come to them or to either of them after ye death of MARGARETT my wife wch shall first happen
Item I give to each other and every of my grandchildren of ye said JOHN RANDOLFE (sic) by my daughter twenty shillings apeice to be paid wthin six months after my decease
Item I give all ye residue of my personall estate as bond bills and goods whatsoever my
buriall discharged and debts (if any be) discharged unto unto my lovg wife MARGARETT whome
I doe hereby make & ordain sole executrix of this my last will and testamt wittness my hand
