December the 11th 1685 then in the name of God Amen this is my last will and Testament that
I JOHN BRENCHLY made before witness beinge in pfect memory doe will and bequeath and doo
freely give unto my wife ELIZABETH BRENCHLY all my hole estate in this world by my will
with that I give in legacy a suite of my old cloathes to my cozon STEPHEN BRENCHLY and
that is all I shall give by my will and this I desire of my wife in my will that she do
not give unto her said daughter Mary Turner anything that was mine soe haveing noe more
att present to dispose of in this world but I give my soule and body to almighty God I
rest Amen JOHN BRENCHLY his mark witness
