Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter ANNE HOYLE all my wearing apparell both linnen and woollen to be delivered unto her by my said executor within one month next after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Two Grandaughters MARY & ELIZABETH PEIRSON daughters of my late Daughter MARY PEIRSON widow decd all the wearing Apparell both linnen and woollen which was their said Late Mothers to be from time to time distributed to them by the Discretion of my said Executor as he shall think fitt.
Item I give and bequeath unto my said Two Grandaughters MARY and ELIZABETH PEIRSON and to my Grandson JOHN PEIRSON and to my Grandchildren JAMES, JOHN, ELIZABETH, ANN & MARY HOYLE children of my said Daughter ANNE HOYLE at their several and respective ages of One and Twenty years the sume of fforty shillings a peece to be paid unto them respectively at their several ages aforesaid by my said executor.
Item the rest and residue of my Goods, Catle, Chattells and personal estate whatsoever from and after payment of my Debts Legacies aforesaid ffuneral charges & Expenses in and about the Probate of this my will I give & bequeath unto my said Brother Nicholas Scott to be by him distributed to & amongst my eight Grandchildren as they shall attain their said several & respective ages of One and Twenty years according as my said brother & Executor shall think fitt or find occasion And I do revoake and make void all other Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will & Testament
