Item I give and bequeath unto my loving Wife ELIZABETH BRENCHLEY for the term of her natural Life one moiety of half part (the whole into Two equal parts to be divided) of all my Messuages Lands Tenements & hereditamts whatsoever in Throwleigh aforesaid or elsewhere.
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my ffour sons JOHN, THOMAS, EDWARD and ROBERT BRENCHLEY the other Moiety of all my Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever to have & to hold the last mentioned Moiety or half part unto my said ffour sons and to their heirs and assigns forever equally to be divided between them.
Item I give devise and bequeath the other Moiety or half part of all my Messuages Lands Tenemts whatsoever after my said Wife's decease unto my said ffour sons JOHN, THOMAS, EDWARD and ROBERT BRENCHLEY and to their heirs and Assigns forever equally to be divided between them.
Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter ELIZABETH the sum of fifty pounds of lawfull money
of Great Britain to be paid to her within one next after my decease.
Item I give and bequeath unto my two daughters HANNAH and ANN the sum of ffifty pounds apiece
of like money to be paid to them at their several and respective days of Marriage.
Item all the rest and residue of my Goods Cattle Chattels ready money and personal estate whatsoever not before disposed of I give and bequeath unto my said loving wife and my said four sons and two daughters HANNAH and ANN equally to be divided between them.
Item I do hereby make nominate & appoint my said loving Wife full and sole Executrix of this
my last Will and Testatment hereby revoking all former Wills ant Testaments.
In witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this
Thirteenth day of July in the Second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King George
