I THOMAS BRENCHLEY of East Peckham, yeoman------------------all and every part of my messuage lands etc. to my nephew Thomas Ellis who now lives with me also �500 stock in government securities on trust �200 part thereof for my brother RICHARD and �200 thereof to Robert Ellis (father of the said Thomas) and Mary his wife and �100 thereof to Ann Ellis widow of my late nephew Richard Ellis deceased.

To my nephews James and William Ellis and to my nieces Mary and Susannah Ellis brothers and sisters of the said Thomas Ellis �100 each.

To my niece Frances Archer wife of William Archer of Maidstone, corn-factor �50.

My nephew Thomas Ellis executor.
