Imprimis I give unto James Brett, eldest sonne of my brother James Brett the sume of fortye pounds, one twenty pounds to be payd unto
him wtin [within] a twelveth moneth of my decease, and the other twentye pounds wtin twelve monethes after
Item I give unto John Brett the second sonne of my brother James Brett the some of Fortye pounds the firste twentye pounds to be payd
unto him wthin three yeares after my decease, and the other twentye pounds to be payd unto him wthin twelve moneths after
Item I give unto Thomazine Brett, daughter of my Cozen John Brett aforesaid the some of fyve pounds to be paid unto the said Thomazine
when she shall atteyne to the age of Eighteene yeares
Item I give unto Nicholas Brett the third sonne of my brother James my house in Ringewould
aforesaid comenlye called Albotts, w[i]th the barne, stable and lands adjoyninge and two acres of land lyeinge in the next feild, and one acre
and a halfe more lyeinge in newsale drove spott and the spott of land where the home stood in the street of King
Bowne in the parrishe aforesaid, and all my lands lyeinge in King Bowne to him and to the first male of his bodye lawfully begotten
and for want of such issue, unto Robert Brett sonne of my Cozen John Brett aforesaid unto him and his heires for ever
Item I give unto Robert Brett sonne of John Brett aforesaid all my lands and tenements before not
bequeathed to him and the heires male of his body lawfully begotten when he shall atteyne to the full age of one and twenty yeares
My will and meaning ys that his father my Cozen John Brett shall have possession of all my lands and tenements bequeathed unto his sonne
Robert untill he shall come to age, sufficientlie reparyinge the houses and neither fellinge nor wastinge the wood, towards the payeinge of all
the legacyes, payeinge unto his sonne Robart the some of twentye pounds when he shall attayne to the age of one and twentye yeares
Item I give unto Elizabeth Philpott daughter of my brother James Brett and wyffe unto Isaac Philpott the some of fyve pounds after my
decease
Item I give unto my Cozen John Brett my Cheste wth three locks
Item my will is that my brother James Brett shall have for his dwellinge the end of my house I now dwell in nexte the streete duringe
his life wth free egresse and regresse wth same to laye his wood and other matters
Item I give unto my Cozen John Brett my biggest mare Colt to be payd unto him presentlye after my decease
Item I make Nicholas Brett aforesaid my onelye executor
And the rest of my goods not bequeathed I give unto the said Nicholas Brett
Further my will ys that who said showeth agaynst my will, shall have noe benefitt by my will
