Also I give and bequeath unto my son in law William Scarlett of Finglesham in the parish of North Bourn in the said county of Kent Carpenter the sum of three hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid him by my Executor hereafter named within three months next after my decease.
Also I give and bequeath unto my sons William Brett and Robert Brett the sum of twenty five pounds apiece of the lawful money to be paid them by my Executor hereafter named within three months next after my decease.
All the rest of and residue of my personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever and of what kind or nature soever (after payment of my just debts Funeral expenses and the charges of proving this my will) I give and bequeath unto my said son Richardson Brett and to his executors admo'rs and assigns and I do constitute and appoint my said son Richardson Brett sole Executor of this my last will and testament and hereby revoke all former wills by me made.
