Item: to my son John one cow and one brass pot.
Item: to my son Thomas one cow and my great chest.
Item: to my daughter Margery one cow and one feather bed and half a dozen pewter vessels.
Item: to my daughter Alice one cow and one feather bed and half a dozen pewter vessels.
Item: to Johane my maid 20 shillings.
Item: to John Fletcher my son in law the �5 given to him in my father John Brice�s will not yet paid.
Item: to Elizabeth Brice my wife to find and cause to be paid to my mother meat and drink.
I will that my friend Thomas Gynder shall have my chamber that he lyeth in within my house.
All the rest of my goods to my wife.

Last will
My two houses and land to my wife so long as she remain sole. Then it is to go
to my two sons, John and Thomas, if they die without heirs then it is to go to my two daughters, Margery and Alice.
