In the name of God Amen the fifteenth daie of Julie Anno Dni one thousand five hundred fower score thirtene and in the fyve & thirteth yere of the reign of our sovraign Ladie Elizabeth by the grace of God Quene of England France & Ireland defender of the faith etc
I Agnes Bridgeman of the p�ishe of Wye in the Countie of Kent widdow beinge sicke of bodie but of good and p�fecte remembrance (thancks be given to Almightie God) doe make and ordaine this my Last Will & testam�t in maner & forme followinge that is to saie
First I bequeath my soule to Jesus Xst my savio�r and redeemer by whose death and passion I assurdelie trust to be saved and my bodie to be buried in the Churche yard of Hinxell in the Countie of Kent aforesaide

Itm I gyve to John Savery sonn of Thomas Savery an ewe lambe
Itm I give to Ann Sheawe daughter of Catherine Sheawe an ewe lambe
Itm I gyve to John Meed Sonne of Richard Meed tenn lambes
Itm I give to Daniell Baylie sonn of Willm Baylie an ewe lambe

Itm I will & my minde is that all those lambes w�ch I have before gyven shalbe indifferentlie sorted & chosen out of the residue of my lambes to the saide children by mine Executor that is none of the best of my lambes nor none of the smalest of them and that they shalbe sevallie marked & knowne to eche of them w�thin one moneth next after my decease
And I will that mine Executor shall freelie kepe those lambes for the saide children till the feast of St George next ensuinge the date above written soe well as he shall kepe his owne lambes or shepe if he shall kepe his grownd w�ch wee now have soe longe If not then to kepe those but till the fest of St michaell Tharch' next

Itm I gyve to ye said John Meed my lesser colte and that myne Executor shall kepe the same well duringe suche time as I have above appointed for the lambes
Itm I gyve to the saide John Meed my redd cowe
Itm I gyve to the saide John Meed my fether bed w�ch I now lye on three bolsters two of fethers one of flocke one coverlit colored red & black one blanckit one underclothe ij fether pillowes w�th the bedstedle & all thinges to it as it standeth

Itm I give more to the saide John Mede my great two earred Cawdriorn mine olde Cubberd in the hall & one Table w�ch the cheses lie on & one forme to it beinge in the hall one broad brasse pann & one halfe of my pewter as the same maie be indifferentlie divided by two or fower indifferent men
Itm I give more to the saide John Meed all my wood & tymber w�ch lieth afore & neer my howsse in the streate where I dwell on the west side of the ponde and my grean carved Chest in the lofte

Itm I gyve to my sonn Abraham Saverie my great iron pott my greatest chest & one other chest in the Loft
Itm I give to Thomas Savery Alice Baylie Catherine Sheawe & Dorothie Ferrice to eche of them twentie shillinges of lawfull Englishe mony to be paid to everie of them w�thin one yere next after my decease

I will and gyve all my howsehold utensiles & instufe before not given or bequeathed to the said John Meed and Abraham Savery my sonnes to be equallie divided betwene them by two or fower indifferent men
Itm I give more to the saide John Meed three busshelles of wheete

Itm all the residue of my goodes and chattells before not given or bequeathed I will and give to the saide Abraham Savery whome I make sole Executor of this my Last Will & Testament
And I will that he shall discharge my debts and legacies

Itm I give to Susann Hatche my servant one linen sheit
Itm I will to my fower daughters all my wearinge apparell linen & woole to be equallie devided
