first I do hereby ratify and confirm the Bond entered into by me Previous to my Marriage with my now Wife Sarah Briggs to leave her an Annuity of Thirty Five Pounds a year for her life in case she survives me and I do hereby charge my real and Personal Estates with the payment thereof
I Give and bequeath my Messuages or Tenements with the Gardens and appurts thereunto belonging situate lying and being in the parish of Wingham and now in the occupation of myself and Stephen Burch unto my said Wife Sarah Briggs and her Assigns for and during the term of her natural life
and from and immediately after her decease unto my Brothers and Sister Stephen Briggs James Briggs and Elizabeth Philpott equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in common and not as joint tenants and to their several Heirs and assigns for ever
I likewise Give and bequeath unto my said Wife Sarah Briggs all my Household Furniture Plate Linen China and all the ready Money and Bank Notes which shall be in the House at the time of my decease for her sole use and benefit
I Give and bequeath all and every other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (charged and chargeable with the said Annuity of Thirty Five Pounds my just Debts and Funeral Expences and the Charges of proving and executing this my Will) unto my said Brothers and Sister Stephen Briggs James Briggs and Elizabeth Philpott equally to be divided between them share and share alike and to their several Executors Admors and Assigns
and I do nominate and appoint my said Brothers Stephen Briggs and James Briggs Executors of this my last Will and Testament
