In the name of God amen the 28(?) day of March in the year of our Lorde god a thousand five
hundred forty seven and in the first year of the reigne of our Sovereign Lord King Edward the
sixth I WILLIAM BRINSLEY in whole mynd and sick in body make this my lastwill.
First I bequeath my soul to Almighty God and my body to be buried in the churchyarde of
Wormshill
And I give to JOHN my son my house and all my lands and all my corne and cattell
in the parish of Wormshill and that my saide son JOHN shall see his mother comfley kept and
I make JOHN my son my executor and he to pay my debts.
Witness John Stomsby(?) Thomas Morves(?) and Oliff Cowtynge.
