I Thomas Broadley of Dover being of sound disposed Mind and Memory make this my last Will and Testament

Imprimis I give to my great Neices Susana Broadley and Mary Ann Broadley Daughters of my Nephew Mr Thos Broadley deceased one hundred pounds each
and to the son and Daughter of Mr Thomas Fokes one hundred pounds to each
to my Brother John Broadley to my Nephew Captn John Broadley to my Brother Henry Broadley and to my Cousin Mrs Mary Tille Fifty Pound to each of them for Mourning

all the rest residue of my Fortune both real and personal and of all Denominations that I may die possessed of after my Debts and Funeral charges are paid I give and bequeath to my Sisters Elizabeth Broadley Susanna Broadley and to my Brother Robert Broadley to be divided into three equal parts each of them to have a third part for their sole use and benefit

and I do appoint my Brother Henry Broadley and my Brother Robert Broadley Executors to this my last Will and Testament
to which I have set my hand and Seal this eleventh day of December in the Year 1779 Thos Broadley
