It is my will that Margaret my wyfe have all my lands and howses, and the Comodityes thereof, strippeing and wastinge none of my woodds, keepeing my howses well repaired, and to sell nor make awaye none of my wodds but for convenient uses in her owne howsee, payeinge for the saide howse and lands and the Comodityes therto bee longeinge, all my debtes and legacyes what soever, and the same howse and lands to keepe and injoye till suche tyme as my soonne Martine Come to the age of 21 yeares
Item yt is my will that Margaret my wyfe deliver to my soonne Martine when he shall Come to the age of xxj yeares x [10] seames of wheate
and tenn seames of barlie to sowe his grownde wth all, and five seames of tares and pease in like manner to be delivered him at suche tyme
as hee shall have neede to sowe his grownde as beefore
Allsoe yt is my will that my soonne Martine paye or cawse to bee paide to Margaret my wyfe xl li [£40] that is to saye quaterlie five
pounds till the said xl li bee all paide
and likewyse yt is my will that Margaret my wyfe have halfe of all my moveable goodds, and the
othr halfe to bee equalye devided amonghtes [amongst] my Children
Item Yt is my will that Margaret my wyfe shall give and deliver to my soonne Martine when he Cometh to the age of xxj yeares 3 kine
Item Yt is my will that when my soonne Martine Cometh to the age as beeforesaid that then Margaret my wyfe shall quite departe w[i]thall

and my will is that my soonne Martine have all my howse and lands called Flemminges lyeinge in the parrishe of Wimsborowe excepte five
akers lyeinge at a place called Whitfeelde, w[hi]ch five akers I give and beequeath to my soonne Thomas Brooke

Item Yt is my will that my soone Martine shall paye of cause to bee paide to my soonne Jervice, or his heires lawfullye begotten
of his bodye the some of five powndes yeerlie for ever
Item Yt is my will that my soonne Martine when he Cometh to the age of xxjtye yeares shall keepe my soonne John as hee ought to bee,
wth meate, drinke and Cloathinge, soe long as my saide soonne John shall live
my wyef beeinge at the makeinge heereof wth Childe, Yt is my will that yf yt bee a manchilde my wife shall pay or cawse to be payde to the
saide Childe when hee Cometh to the age of xxjty [21] yeares, xxx li : and yf yt bee a woman Childe that my saide wyfe shall in like
manner, paye or cawse to be paide to the saide Childe xxx li when shee shall Come to the age of xxiijth [23] yeares : and my wyfe to
keepe the saide Childe till yt Come to age : at her owne proper Costes and Chardges
And of this laste will and testamente I Constitute ordaine & make Margaret my wyef my executor
and Richard Numan of Ashe my Overseer to whom I give xls shillings to see that this my laste will be fulfilled & p[er]formed
accordinge to my minde
