In the Name of God Amen I Charles Brooker of the Parish of Chislehurst in the County of Court Gardener being weak in Body but of sound and Perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my present last Will and Testament in manner and form following (that is to say) First and Principally I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently Buried at the discretion of my Executrixes hereafter named and as touching the disposition of such temporal Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and dispose thereof as followeth

First I will that my Debts and Funeral Charges be paid and discharged
Item I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved Sisters Sarah Moore and Mary Smith all and singular my Lands Messuages and Tenements with all my Household Furniture wearing Apparel moveable Goods and all the rest and residue during their natural lives or the Survivor of either of them at the decease of the other to be by them freely enjoyed for their natural life

And I do constitute and appoint both my aforesaid Sisters Sarah Moore and Mary Smith to be joint and sole Executrixes to this my last Will and Testament

I will that after the decease of both of my aforesaid Sisters Sarah Moore and Mary Smith that all my Estate Goods and Chattels be equally divided betwixt my Nephews Robert Moore John Moore Thomas Moore and my Niece Martha Maidwell to be disposed of as they think proper either by sale or otherwise according to their discretion

And I do utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former Testament Wills Legacies and Bequests or Executors by me in any ways before named Willed and bequeathed ratifying this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this first day of September One thousand seven hundred and eighty Chas Brooker
