First and Principally I Surrender my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping to be saved by and through the only meritts and Satisfaction of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer And my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently Interred and buryed by and at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named Funeral Charges not to exceed the Sum of ten Pounds
Item I give devise and bequeath unto my Beloved Sons Jacob Bryant
and Francis Bryant to be equally divided between them All my Leasehold Lands
And also all and every my ready money Plate debts due or shall become due
from his Majesty Debts upon Bonds Bills or otherwise and all and Every my
Linnen Woolen Pewter Brass Bedds Bedding Household Stuff and Implements of
Household Goods Chattles and Personal Estate whatsoever
And also the Advantage of and Wages that shall become due on Account of my Serveants at
the time of my decease at the expiration of their Apprenticeships to them and to
their heirs Executors Adminsitrators and Assigns for ever
And I do make and ordain Mr Richard Chicheley of Chattham Executor Mrs Abigall Chicheley his Wife and Mrs Sarah Yardly Gent Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament revoking and making void all former Wills by me formerly made
