I Henry Bryer of Margate in the Isle of Thanet in the County of Kent do make this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former & other Wills by me at any time heretofore made

I give & bequeath to my daughter Jane Bryer the Sum of two thousand two hundred pounds of the Stock now standing in my name in the three and a half per Cent reduced annuities
I likewise give and bequeath unto her all my household property linen books painting Plate China etc. & whatever Balances may be due to me from the Banking house of Messrs Glynn & Co London & Messrs Cobb & Son Margate out of which Sums I will that she pay all my just debts (which do not now amount to thirty pounds) and my funeral expences

I give & bequeath to my daughter Mrs Alice Soward my Life Policy in the Hope Insurance London with the Bonusses thereon
I likewise bequeath unto her Mr Corder�s Bond to me that she may receive from him the amount remaining unpaid
and I further leave unto her Fifty shares in the General Steam Navigation Company of Lombard Street London

I give & bequeath to my Grandson Edward Bryer the Sum of one hundred pounds with all the dividends that may be then due thereon in the three and a half per Cent Reduced Annuities when he shall attain the age of twenty one years
I give and bequeath to my Cousin John Abraham my Gold Watch chain etc. attached thereto

And I give and bequeath to my daughter Jane Bryer (now residing with me) twenty four shares in the Grand Surry Canal Forty four shares in the Hope Insurance and one hundred pounds in the three & a half per Cent Reduced Annuities In trust for the following purposes (that is to say)
that the dividends arising therefrom shall be paid to my Daughter Alice Soward as they become due & that her receipt alone whether sole or covert shall be a good and effectual discharge for such dividends by that in case of her death the said dividends I will to be paid to the Children of my daughter Mrs Alice Soward until they shall all have attained the age of twenty one years when the whole Sum shall be paid over share and share alike to the Survivors and if but one the whole to pass to that sole survivor

and I hereby nominate & appoint my Daughter Jane Bryer to be my sole Executrix & Residuary Legatee & do declare this to be last Will and Testament
