first I constitute and appoint my son Philip Buggs and my daughter Mary Buggs joint Executors of this my Will
and I do desire to be decently buried by and at the discretion of my said Executors
also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah the wife of Edward Coombes of Northfleet in the said County of Kent Farmer the sum of five hundred Pounds of lawful British money which I do desire and direct shall be paid to her in manner following that is to say the sum of one hundred pounds part thereof at the expiration of twelve months after my decease and the remaining sum of four hundred Pounds to be paid to her my said Daughter Sarah by yearly payments of one hundred pounds till the whole of the said sum of five hundred pounds shall be paid without allowing any interest for the same
And in case my said Daughter Sarah Coombes shall happen to die before the whole of the said Legacy or Sum of one hundred pounds shall be paid to her Then I do give and bequeath the said sum of five hundred pounds or so much thereof as shall not have been paid as aforesaid unto all and every the child and children of my said Daughter Sarah Coombes to be paid to them at their several & respective ages of twenty one years in equal parts shares and proportions the interest for the same after the expiration of the said term of five years until the said Legacies shall be paid to be applied towards the maintenance education and bringing up of such children
Also I give & bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my ready money and securities for money household goods and implements of household live and dead stock stock upon my farms debts goods chattels and personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever unto and to the use of my two Children the said Philip Buggs and Mary Buggs equally to be divided between them share & share alike
Also I give and devise all and every my messuages lands tenements hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever & wheresoever unto and to the use of my two Children the said Philip Buggs and Mary Buggs their heirs and assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike as tenants in common and not as joint tenants
And I do desire and direct my said son Philip Buggs and my daughter Mary Buggs to take care of my Son Thomas Buggs for and during the term of his natural life he not being of sound mind and by and out of my said real and personal Estate to find and provide him in good and sufficient apparel board washing lodging and all other necessaries
And I do hereby charge my said real and personal Estate with the maintenance and support of my said Son Thomas and also with the payment of my just debts the said legacy of five hundred Pounds funeral and testamentary Expences
And Lastly I do revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said Philip Buggs the Testator have to my last Will and Testament contained in two
sheets of Paper set my hand and seal (to wit) my hand to the first sheet and seal to this second and last sheet dated the day
