This is the last Will and Testament of me Harriet Buggs of Meopham in the County of Kent Widow

First I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Ann the wife of Samuel Townsend of Riverhead near Seven Oaks a legacy of Ninety pounds sterling

and subject thereto I give devise and bequeath All the rest and residue of my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever and all my Real Estate (if any) of which I may be seized possessed or entitled at the time of my decease unto and to the only proper use and behoof of my daughter Elizabeth Buggs her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely

I appoint the said Elizabeth Buggs and my good friend William Winnett of Gravesend Grocer Executrix and Executor of this my will and I revoke all prior wills

Witness my hand this third day of October one thousand eight hundred and fifty five Harriott Buggs
