First I give and bequeath unto all and every the Child and Children of my Nephew John Branch of Syndal Farm in the Parish of Ospringe in the said County of Kent which are now living or which may hereafter be born alive the Sum of Twenty Pounds of lawful Money of Great Britain apiece to be paid unto them respectively on their respectively attaining the Age of Twenty one Years
And in case any or either of such Children shall happen to die under the said Age of Twenty one Years Then it is my Will that the Legacy or Legacies intended for him her or them that shall so happen to die under the said Age of Twenty one Years shall be deemed lapsed and void and shall fall into the Residuum of my Personal Estate
Also I give and bequeath all my Household Furniture Implements of Household Plate Linnen China ready Monies Monies in the Funds and Monies due to me on Bonds Bills Notes or otherwise and all other my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore disposed of (after and Subject to the Payment of my just Debts and the Legacies herein before mentioned Funeral Expences and the Costs of proving this my last Will and Testament and other incident Expences) unto my said Nephew John Branch his Executors Admors and Assigns to and for his and their own use
And Lastly I do hereby revoke annul and make void all former Wills and Testament by me made and of this my last Will & Testament do make constitute and appoint my said Nephew John Branch full and sole Executor
