To be buried in the churchyard of Boxley.
To the poor man�s box 14 shillings and 5 pence.
Item: to either of my three daughters, Agnes, Elizabeth and Joan 20 marks, in the form following:
At the day of marriage of Elizabeth, �6.14.4, within 2 years after that 5 marks and 5 marks 2 years later,
Joan to have at 21 �6.14.4, and then two years after that 5 marks and 5 marks two years after that,
Agnes to have within 1 year after my decease 5 marks, within 1 year another 5 marks, then after 2 years another 5 marks and after 3 another 5 marks.

Item: the residue of my goods to my son Stephen.
Alice my wife to be my executor.

Item: my son Stephen to pay my daughters out of the profits of my lands, my wife to occupy them after my death. My wife Alice to release my brother John of the annuity out of his lands.
