Item I give to my sonne Valantine Burvell my house and lands that lieth in Buckland p[ar]ishe to him and to his heires lawfully begotten,
but if the said Valantine dye wthout issue lawfully begotten then the said house and lands shall remaine to my sonne James Burvell
Item I give to the said Valantine fiftye pounds to be paid to him at the end of one yeare after my decease
But if the said Valantine Dye before the end of the said one yeare then I will that the fiftye pounds shall remaine in the hands of my sonne
James Burvell to be paid to the Children of the said Valantine equally as they come to the age of twenty yeares
Item I will to Hugh Burvell twenty shillings to be paid wthin one yeare after my decease
Item I give to William Burvell twenty shillings to be paid at the age of twenty and one yeares
Item I give to Elizabeth Burvell five pounds to be paid at the end of two yeares after my decease
Item I give twenty shillings to the poore to be devided at the discretion of Mr. Harrison our Minister & my sonne James Burvell my executor
