This is the laste will and testament nuncupatyve of Valentyne Burvill late of the parrishe of Lyttle Mongham in the Countye of Kent Yeoman deceased, by him made and declared in or not longe before the tyme of his sicknes whereof he dyed, and in the monethes of March, Aprill, Maye and June in Anno Dini 1613 or in one of those monethes, he beinge then in perfects memorye, in the wordes followeinge or by the like in effecte and substance, that ys,
He first willed his soule to God and his bodye to be christianlie buryed

Item he willed and gave all his goods and Chattells whatsoever unto his three children Agnes Burvall, Marye Burvill and Martha Burvall by even and equall partes to be devided betwixte them
and he named and appoynted his said three daughters his full and whole execut(ors) and his brother James Burvill his Ovrseer

Witnesses hereof James Burvill; Valentyne Austen wth others signm.

Notes:
Valentine Burnill was buried 6 Jun 1613 at St. Andrew, Buckland near Dover, Kent.
His three daughters were all baptised at St. Andrew: Annys Burvell 16 Sep 1591; Marye Burvill 12 Dec 1593; Martha Burvill 20 Jun 1596.
Valentine Burvill married Elizabeth Elgar 24 Oct 1586 at St. Augustine, Northbourne, Kent.
