Item I will and bequeath unto James Burvill my eldest sonne the some of twelve pence of lawfull English mony
Item I give unto Richard Burvill one other of my sonnes the some of twelve pence of like money
Item I give unto Stephen Burvill one other of my sonnes the some of Fifteen pounds of like mony
Item I will and bequeath unto John Burvill my sonne the some of tenn pounds of like mony and alsoe Eight sheepe and one Stonehorse
now in his possession
Item I will and bequeath unto Alice Burvill one of my daughters the some of five pounds of like mony
Item I will and bequeath unto Richard Sturges sonne of Thomas Sturges late of Singlingh [Singledge?] in the p[ar]ish of Colred deceased
the some of twenty shillings of like money
Item I give and bequeath unto Richard Fagge sonne of Robert Fagge of Litlle Mongham aforesaid the some of twenty shillings of like money
Item I will and bequeath unto Richard Fagge, Christian Fage and Alice Fagge three of the Children of Robt Fagge to either of them two
sheepe a peece,
wch sevrall legacies abovemenconed I will and appointe to bee paid by mine executrix hereunder named, wthin one yeere next after my decease
And I doe constitute ordaine nominate and appointe Christian my well beloved wife and William my sonne full and sole executors of this my last will and testament unto whom I will and bequeath all the residue of my goods and Chattells debts moneys and estate not formerly bequeathed
This is the Last will and testament of me the said Richard Burvill made the day and yeere abovewwritten as touchinge the disposicon of all my messuages lands and tenements wth th'appurtenancs
Imprimis I will and bequeath unto John Burvill my sonne all that my messuage or Ten[emen]te wth thappurtenancs scituat lyinge and beinge in the
towne and Porte of Dover in the said County of Kent late purchased of one John Warren gent(leman) and now or late in th'occupacon of
William Flington To have and to hold the same messuage or tenement wth thappurtenancs to him the said John Burvill and his heires and
assignes for ever
Item I will and bequeath alsoe unto the said John my sonne and to his heires and assignes for ever
One peece or p[ar]cell of pasture land wth thappurtenancs lyinge and beinge in the said
towne and Porte of Dover and now alsoe in the occupacon of the said William Flyngtone or his assignes
Item I will and bequeath unto William Burvill my sonne one messuage or tenement scituate lyinge and beinge in the pish of Little Mongham in the said County of Kent and now in my owne occupacon and alsoe twelve acres and a halfe of land arable pasture and meadowe by estimacon more or lesse lyinge and beinge in the pish of Northbourne in the said County of Kent whereof ten acres and a yard thereof was purchased of one Thomas Harvye of Northbourne aforesaid yeoman; halfe an acre and half a rodd thereof was purchased of one Thomas Beere of Whitfield deceased and three rodds thereof was purchased of Roger Willson and three rodds thereof residue was sometyme the lands of Thomas Burvill my father deceased To have and to hold the said messuage or Ten'te wth th'appurtenances and alsoe the said twelve acres of land more or lesse wth thappurtenances unto the said William Burvill his heires and assignes for ever
Alsoe I will and bequeath unto the said William Burvill my sonne and to his heires and assignes for ever two peeces or pcells of land Contayning by estimacon Nyne rodds of land more or lesse whereof one acre lyeth at a place called SaltBushe and was purchased of Roger Wilson and five rodds thereof residue Called Smersole was late purchased of Augustine Horne wch said two peeces or parcells of land are lyinge and being in the said pish of Little Mongham in the said County of Kent
Provided neverthelesse and my will and minde is and I doe will and bequeath unto Agnes my
daughter yeerly for and duringe her naturall life the some of twenty shillings of
Currant Englishe mony to bee paid her yeerly by William my said sonne and his heires out of the
lands and Ten'ts wth thappurtenancs unto the said William and his heires given by this my last will and testament at the Feast of
Th'annuntiacon of our Blessed Lady St. Mary the Virgin and St. Michaell Th'archangell yeerly to be paid
And for default of payment my will and meaninge is and I doe will and appointe that my said
daughter Agnes shall enter in all the lands and tents wth thappurtenancs given unto the said
William my sonne and therein to distraine and the distresse and distresses there found wth her to detayne and keep untill of the said yeerly
rent of twenty shillings and all arrearages thereof (if any bee) bee fully satisfyed Contented and paid
Provided furthermore and I will and bequeath unto Christian my loveinge wife in liewe and recompence of her dower the third parte of all my lands and tents wth thappurtenancs for and duringe her natuall life
