And also I will that John Wanden William at futhe and John peres the younger my feofees shall delyver 2 peces of land called ajodlell ajiltred and nethis moltred unto John Burwassh my sonne with the condition that the foresaid John paye to Agnes my wyff every yere 10 S during her lyffe Quartly to be payed be even portions
Also I will that John pemyll at hill John Burwassh and Richard Wanden my feofees shall delyver unto William Bererwassh my sonne 2 peces of land called Stone peufield and westfield with the condition that the foresaid William make a sufficient suerte to pay to Agnes my wyfe 10 S as as a fore write Also I will that Agnes my wyfe shall have 12 S comying of 3 pece of land called Clongredes 2 Robymnes craftis in hoys hanidys that they be quartely to be payed
Item I will that Agnes my wyff shall have my
principall mesuage with 3 peces of land thereto all the time of her lyfe And
after her desease I will that my feofers a fore wretyn shall delyver to Harry
my sonne the foresaid messuage with the landes a foresaid in fee symple
Item and if be happen that Harry my sonne dye a fore Agnes my wyfe and
have none heyres of his body lawfully begoten then I will that my foresaid
feofees shall sell the foresaid mesuage with the 3 peces of land to the best
price that their canne or manage and the money therof be received I will that
John William and Nicholas my sonnes shall have 10 marke And the residnys
of the mony I will that they be to the church of Egerton where yt moste nede
is to fowle weyis by the discrecon of the feofere to power people geven the
daye and yere above wretyn
