paid to her in manner and forme folowing that is to saye 10 L of yt immiddyaty after my
deacace And the other 12 L to be paid to her within one yerr next after my deceace

Item I bequethe unto Jone my wiffe one kowe the beste she can chose amonge my kowe
Item I bequthe to William Bole my wyfes sone 40 s of money to be paid to him at
the day of his maryage
Item I geve and bequethe to Alice Pyers my daughter 10 L of
money to be paid in manner and forme folowinge that is to say 5 L of it to be paid after
my decease and the other 5 L of it to be paid at the feste of mycaell the arhangell then
next folowinge after that
Item I bequethe to Jone my wiff 2 fosseds of the best
THE RESIDUE of all my unmovable goodes above my dettes and bequethes paid I geve and bequethe unto William my sone whome I ordayne and make myne Executor to soe this my present testament and last will performed fulfilled and Alexander Pyers to be my overseer to whome I geve for his labore 10 s
THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me the foresaid Thomas Burwashe made the day and
yere aforesaid FIRST I will that William my sone shalhave all my landes and tenements
soe lyinge and beinge within the parishe of Egerton aforesaid to be had to the said
William and to his hares for ever
Item I will that Jone my wyffe shalhave the chamber in
the upper end of the hall and a nother chamber there unto indwyninge with sufficient
fyres and flue with pifre [?] goyng and comynge and keepinge of 1 cowe wyntes and
sound And my sone William to have his calf for the winteringe duringe all the terme of
her widohod so that she take of the calf when it is a monthes old and is Jone my wiffe
fortune to mary agayne then I will that she doo avoid out of my howse and to have noe
kepinge for her cowe nor for no other thinges ther
