THIS IS the last will of me the said Thomas Burwashe cocernying my landes and
tenements First I will the lande called Sandehill which was geven my by the last will of
William Burwashe after the discease of Myldrede his wyfe if the sayde Myldrede be not
with child with a man child which lande I gyve unto Jane my wyfe in fee symple
Item I will my howse and lande which I dwell in to my daughter after the decease of my Mother
And my wyfe to have the kepinge of my sayde daughter unto the tyme she come to the
age of 18 years And I will my wyfe to have the sayde howse and landes unto the tyme
she come to the forsaid age to this witneseth as a foresaid
