ITEM I geve to Barbara my daughter fifteene pounds and the value of fyve pounds in houshold stuf
ITEM I geve to Sara my daughter fifteene pounds and fyve pounds in houshold stuf
ITEM I will that Joan my daughter shall have her fifteeene pounds of lawfull mony by
me to her geven and her fyve pounds in houshold stuff at thend of one hole yere next
after my decease or in the daie of her marriage
ITEM I will that Barbara my daughter
shall her fifteene pounds by me geven in good and lawfull mony and her fyve pounds in
houshold stuffe at her age of 23 yeres or in the daie of her marriage
ITEM I will that Sara my daughter shall her fifteene pounds by me geven in good and lawfull mony and
her fyve pounds in houshold stuff at her age of 23 yeres or in the daye of her marriage
ITEM I will that if George my sonne decease afore the end of one whole yere next after
my decease I will his twenty pounds by me to hym geven to be paid at Abraham at his
age aforesaid If Abraham decease before George I will that George shall have his porcion
to hym by me geven at thend of 6 yeres next after my decease
ITEM I will that Nicholas my sonne shall have the said twenty pounds which I have geven to my sonne Abraham at thend of one hole yere next after my decease putting in suffinene hands to Abraham or his assignes to paye to the said Abraham thirty poundes at the said age of 22 yeres I will that Nicholas my sonne or his assigns shall paye twenty pounds of good and lawfull money of England to George my sonne which I geve to my son Abraham as is aforesaid at sayd tymes as the said Abraham shall come to his age of 22 yeres
ITEM I geve to
Marye Gorram my daughter forty shillings of good and lawfull mony of England to be
paid to her at thend of one yere next after my decease
ITEM I geve to Susan Maye my daughter forty shilliings to be paid to her within one yere next
after my decease
The rest of all my movable goodes unbequeathed I frely I geve to Issard my wife and to her
assignes
THIS IS THE LAST WILL of me the abovesaid Thomas Burwashe for the disposing of
all my land ITEM I geve to Issard my wife the profytt of all my lands during her life
ITEM I geve to Nicholas my sonne one pece of land called high feld to hym and to his
heirs after my wyves decease
ITEM I geve to George my son highfeld mede to hym and
to his heires after my wyfes decease
ITEM I geve to my son Abraham one pece of land
called hills to hym and to his heires after my wyves decease
If any of my sonnes George
or Abraham decease without heirs I will that the survyving shall have his pece of land
deceased I make and ordeyne Issard my wife my sole executrix of this may present last
will and testament These being WITTNESSES
