Item I give and Bequeath to my son John the sum of five pounds to be paid unto him within twelve months next after my decease by my executor hereinafter named. Item I give and bequeath to my daughter Rebecca all my wearing apparell and clothes. But my will and meaning is that if my said Daughter Rebecca shall happen to dye before my decease that then my said wearing apparell and clothes shall go to my executor herinafter named. Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas all my household goods whatsoever and wheresoever (except such as I design to give to my son Nathaniel before my decease).
Item I give and bequeath all right title interest and term of years to come of and in one Indenture of Mortgage made unto me by my said son John Burwash and all interest which shall be due and owing to me thereon at the time of my desease unto my sons Thomas Burwash and Nathaniel Burwash equally to be divided between them share and share alike.
Item all the rest residue and remainder of my estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and bequeath unto my said son Thomas Burwash whom I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint sole executor of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke disannulling make void all forms and other wills and Testaments by me at any time hertofore made. In witness whereof I ? Elizabeth Burwash the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained un one sheet of paper sett and affix my hand and seal this eighth day of December in the tenth year of the reign of King George the Second of Great Britain and in the year of the Lord 1736.
