And touchinge all my goods Cattells & Chattells whatsoever my debts and Legacies paid and funerall expences discharged,
I doe devise give and bequeath the same wholy unto Henry Bush my onely Sonne who I doe hereby make and declare Sole Executor of this my last Will
This is the last Will and Testament of me the said Robert Bush touching the Disposeing of all that
my Tenement Barne Outhouses and one Acre and an halfe of Land with the appurtenances more or
lesse scituate lying and being in Elham aforesaid, and now in the occupacon of mee the said Robert Bush and Henry Bush my said sonne,
All which I doe devise give and bequeath unto Margarett Bush my loveing Wife for and dureing the whole terme of the naturall life of the
said Margarett, shee permitting Henry Bush my said Sonne to have his dwelling in that parte of my said Tenement now in his occupacon with free use
of the same and free Liberty ingresse egresse and regresse into and from the same during all the said terme
And after the death of the said Margaret my said Wife, then I doe give and bequeath All my said
Tenement barne Outhouses and land with the appurtenances unto the said Henry Bush my said
sonne To be had and holden unto the said Henry Bush and his Assgnes for and during all the terme of the naturall life of the said Henry Bush,
paying out of the same within Six moneths next after the death of Margarett my said Wife the sume of Twenty shillings of lawfull money of England unto
my Three Grandchildren Thomas, Henry and Margarett, Children of my Daughter Hunt now the Wife of Thomas Hunt and the Survivor
or Survivors of them my said Three [grand]Children equally to be devided,
And for non payment thereof, That it shall and may be lawfull to and for them my said three Grandchildren or the Survivor or Survivors of them into the said tenement lands and prmisses with the appurtenances to enter and distraine for the smae, And the distresse and distresses then and there being to have take and keepe untill the said Twenty shillings and every parte thereof with all Costs and Charges thereby sustained be fully satisfied and paid unto them my said Grandchildren of the Survivor or Survivors of them
And imediately from and after the death of the said Henry Bush then I doe devise give and bequeath all my aforesaid Tenement barne Outhouses and lands with the appurtenances and every parte thereof unto my Three Grandchildren Henry Bush, Mary Bush and Elizabeth Bush, children of my said sonne Henry Bush To have and to hold the said tenement barne Outhouses and land with the appurtenances imediately from and after the death of my said sonne Henry Bush and Margarett my said Wife and the longest liver of them two, unto them my said three grandchildren and the Survivor or Survivors of them equally to be devided and to their heires for ever
In Wittnes whereof I the said Robert Bush to this my last Will Revoakeing all former Wills
whatsoever have put my hand and seale dated the three and twentieth day of November in the yeare
of the raigne of our Soveraigne Lord Charles the second over England &c. the Three and Twentieth 1671
