First I give and bequeath to my brother Thomas Hogsflesh at Otford Miller and to John Nash the husband of my daughter Ann Nash of Shoreham in the County of Kent the Sum of Six hundred and Sixty Pounds In trust for them their Executors and Administrators to put out and place the same at Interest on Government or other good Securities as to them shall seem meet
and the Interest thereof from time to time when all reasonable charges are deducted I will shall be
Paid unto my loving daughter Ann Wife of the aforesaid John Nash during her life
and after her decease I give the said six hundred and sixty pounds to be divided equally amongst all the
Children of my said daughter then living to be paid them respectively as they shall arrive at the Age of twenty one Years
and the Interest thereof in the mean time to be applied towards their maintenance and bringing up
And my will is that if any of the said Children shall die under Age such Share or
Shares shall go equally to the Survivors or Survivor
Also all other my Bills Bonds Rings Plate ready Money and Personal Estate whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my said loving daughter Ann Nash excepting the Sum of fifty Pounds which I give and bequeath unto my said Son in Law John Nash
And I nominate and appoint the said John Nash and the aforesaid Thomas Hogsflesh Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and bequests by me at any time heretofore made
In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Caplin have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand
and Seal this 9th day of August 1770
