Item I give unto William Dod Agnis Dod and Katherine Dod my grandchildren the some of thirtie poundes of lawfull mony of England to bee equally devided amongst them that is to say the some of Tenn poundes a peece to bee paid unto them by my executor hereafter named in manner followeing that is to say the some of Tenn poundes to the said William Dod soe soone as hee shall attayne and come to the full age of one and Twentie yeares and the some of Tenn poundes to the said Agnis Dod soe soone as shee shall attayne and come to her age of eighteene yeares or at her day of her marriage which shall first happen and the other some of Tenn poundes residue of the said thirtie poundes to the said Katherine Dod soe soone as shee shall attayne and come to her age of eighteene yeares or her day of marriage which shall first happen
And if it shall happen that any of the said three children shall dye and departe this life before the dayes of payment of there
severall legacies before given unto them then my will and minde is that the legacie of that childe soe dyeing shall be equally
devided betweene the other two children surviveing
And if it shall happen that two of the said three children shall dye and departe this life before the dayes of payment of there
severall legacies before given unto them then my will is that the survivor of the said three children shall have the legacies of
them two soe dyeing paid unto him or her surviveing
Item I give unto Agnis my now wife and to Richard and John Carre my two sonnes All such Bees as I shall have liveing at the
tyme of my death to bee equally devided amongst them or soe many of them as shall be then liveing
Item I give unto my daughter Agnis Carre the some of Twenty shillinges to bee paid unto her by my executor within one weeke
next after my decease
Item I give unto the overseers of the poore of the parish of Ashe the some of thirtie shillinges to bee distributed by them to
threescore of the poorest people in the said parish of Ashe
Item I give unto Agnis Kempe my Sister the some of Twentie shillinges of lawfull mony of England to bee paid unto her within
one month next after my decease
Item I give unto my said sonne Richard Carre all the residue of my goodes chattells cattells moveables plate and household stuffe
whatsoever
And doe nominate constitute and ordayne and appoynt my said sonne Richard my sole executor of this my last will and testament and
doe hereby renounce and revoke all former wills whatsoever heeretofore made by mee the said William Carre
