I desire that all my Just Debts may be paid and satisfied and after payment thereof
I Give to Mr Thomas Saffeary of Folkestone aforesaid Mariner and to Margaret his Wife the Sum of Five Pounds each
I give and devise unto my Daughter Rebecca the Wife of Phineas Jacob of the City of Norwich
Tobacconist and unto the said Phineas Jacob all that Messuage or Tenement
wherein I now dwell situate in Folkestone aforesaid To hold the same to them
and their Assigns during their joint lives and to the Survivor of them during her or his natural life
and from and after the decease of the Survivor of them I give
and devise the same unto the said Margaret Saffeary the Wife of the said
Thomas Saffeary and her Heirs and Assigns In trust to sell the same and pay
and divide the Money arising by such Sale unto between and amongst all and
every my Child and Children of my said Daughter equally between them
And I do hereby declare that the Receipt of the said Margaret Saffeary her Heirs and Assigns shall be a good and sufficient discharge to the Purchaser or Purchasers
Provided nevertheless that if my said Daughter Rebecca Jacob shall survive her Husband the she shall be at liberty to sell the said House with the consent of the said Margaret Saffeary but not without such consent and dispose of the Money arising by such Sale as she my said daughter shall think fit
I also give and bequeath unto my said Daughter Rebecca Jacob all my Household Furniture Linen Plate Monies and all other my Personal Estate to her own absolute use and disposal and not to be subject to the Debts Controul or Engagements of her Husband
And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Daughter Rebecca Jacob and the said Margaret Saffeary joint Executrixes of this my Will and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
