Item I geve unto ANNE my wiffe one hundred pounds of good and lawfull monie of England to be paid unto
hir within three monthes after my decease.
Item I geve unto my daughter SUSANNA fiftie pounds of good and lawfull monie of England to be paid unto
hir at the daie of hir marriage or so soone as she shalbe twentie yeare of age whichever shall come first.
Item I give unto MARGARETT my daughter fiftie pounds of good and lawfull monie of England to be paid unto
hir at the daie of hir marriage or so soone as she shalbe twentie yeare of age whichever shall come first.
Item I give unto JOICE my daughter fiftie pounds of good and lawfull money of England to be paid unto hir
at hir daie of marriage or so soone as she shalbe twentie yeare of age whichever shall come first.
Item I give unto MARIE my daughter fiftie pounds of lawfull monie of England to be paid unto hir at hir
daie of marriage or so soone as she shalbe twentie yeare of age whichever shall come first.
Item I give unto the poore of the Parishe of Colred thirtie shillings and to the poore of the Parishe of Eithorne
thirtie shillings and to the poore of the Parishe of Barfrestone ten shillings to be distributed unto the poore of
everie one of the parishes by the Executors and Overseers of this my last Will and Testament within the space of
one whole yere after my decease at the discretion of the Minister and Churchwardens of everie parishe.
Item My Will is that this monie bequeathed unto the poore of the aforenamed parishes shalbe divided into same
equall porcons and be payde at fower severall times the first payment to be within one quarter of a yere after my
decease and the second within half a yere the third within three quarters of a yere and the fowerth within the space of one yere.
Item My Will is that yf my wife shall desire to have anie of my housholestuffe or moveables goods whatsoever she shall have them payinge for them so much as they shall aprized to be worthe by fower honest men chosen for that purpose by the overseers of this my Will.
Item my Will is that yf anie of my daughters shall chance to departe this life before the time come that she should receive her porcon given unto her by this my Will that then her porcon shalbe equallie divided amongst the rest of my daughters the like consideracon to be had how manie so ever shall chance to departe this life before the time of the receipte of their porcon that the said porcons shalbe distributed amongste the reste of my daughters survivinge.
All other my goods and chattells whatsoever before not bequeathed whether it be monie housholstuffe corne
cattell leases debts or other goods of whatt nature or condicon it bee I will that they shalbe equallie
distributed amongste my five sonns HENRIE ABRAHAM EDWARD THOMAS and WILLIAM Everie one
of these my sonns to have his sevrall porcons at the age of two and twentie yeares.
And as it shall chance one or anie of theis my sonns to departe this life before he or they shall come to the said age of two and twentie
yeares then my Will and pleasure is that his or theire porcon or porcons shalbe distributed amongste the rest of my sonns survivinge.
Item I constitute and appointe HENRIE ABRAHAM EDWARD THOMAS and WILLIAM my Executors of this my Will and Testament and EDWARD BOIS of Eithorne Gent and JOHN FOCH of the same parishe Gent Overseers of this my Will puttinge them in Truste with the bringinge upp of my children in fo_? Feare of God. And the dealinge with all my goodes and cattles whatsoever and paieing of all legacies and porcons bequeathed in this my Will and Testament untill such time as all my said sonns or so many as be seen livinge shalbe at the full age of two and twentie yeares.
