THYSE YS THE LAST WYLL of me the said Stephyne Chapman made the day and yere above wryten as concerninge my messuage or tenemente which I nowe dwell in set lyenge and beinge in Westestrete in the towne of said Faversham there with a barne and other ther appurtening which I late purchased of Nicholas Burwashe of the same towne as it appere by wrytinge thereof made
FYRSTE I will that Benet my wyffe shalhave my said Messuage or tenament with ther appurtening all the terme of her lyffe and after the dethe of the said Benette my wife I will that my said tenement or Messuage remaigne unto my Soane Robert Chapman to him and to the hayres of his bodye lawfullye begotten And if the said Robert dye without hayres of his body lawfully begotten then I wyll that the said messuage or tenement with ther appurtening remaigne unto Margarett Johane and Agnes my daughters evenly to be devyded and each one of them to be others hayres if it shold chance any of them to dye without hayres of their bodyes lawfully begotten that they
