In the Name of God Amen
I Robert Chidwicke of Deale in the County of Kent Mariner being in health of body and of sound and perfect minde and memory (Praised be God for the same) and considering the uncertainty of this life do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First I recommend my Soule unto Almighty God my Maker and Preserver My body I committ to the Earth from whence it is And as or my worldly Estate I give devise and bequeath the same as followeth (that is to say)

All and singular my Messuage & Lands tenements an hereditaments whatsoever scituate lying and being in the Parish of East Langdon or elsewhere in the said County of Kent And all other my Messuages lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever I give and bequeath unto my welbeloved Wife Eve and to her Heires and Assignes for ever

Item all and singular my goods Chattells and personall Estate whatsoever or wheresoever of what nature kind or quality soever I give and bequeath unto my said Wife Eve her Executors Administrators and Assignes

And I do hereby constitute and appoint her my said Wife Eve full and sole Executrix of this my Will and revokeing all former Wills by me heretofore made do make and declare this only to be my fine and last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Robert Chidwick have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Twentyeth day of December Anno dini 1703
