do give to my daughter Jane Children Power to demand receive hold and keep all the Property given by my late husband�s sister Lydia Link of the Parish of Chatham in the County of Kent by Will

including household furniture linen and money that is to say
all my lawful part of four hundred pounds on bond on the Property of George Shoobridge Thomas Funnel and Daniel Jarman the two last late of Sandling in this County

I do from this day the 9th of Sept 1831 give up all my right and claim to the said property to my daughter Jane Children
