Next I give and bequeath unto the poore people of the Parish of Headcorne the sume of twenty shillings of lawfull mony of England to be paid to them at my buriall by mine Executor
Item I give and bequeath unto Mary Williams my sister the sume of fifty shillings of lawfull mony of England to be
paid to her halfe yearly by mine Executor dureing her naturall life of the said Mary
And in case it be not paid accordingly Then my will and minde is that my
said Sister Mary shall distreine for any such half yearly sume as aforesaid in or
upon one of my howses or lands hereafter given and bequeathed
Item I give and bequeath unto the Children of my brother William Claggett the sume of twelve pence apeece of lawfull mony of England
Now as touching the lands and tenements wherewith it hath pleased god to ....ith me, this is the last will and testament of me the said Thomas Claggett concerning the same That is to say
I give and bequeath all my Lands tenements and hereditaments whatsoever unto Elizabeth Fullager als Dunne now wife of William Fullager als Dunne of Headcorne aforesaid and to her heires for ever
further concerning my moveable goods
First I give and bequeath unto my brother Nicholas Williams after my
decease my best suite of apparell with my two Coates
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sister Williams wife of the said Nicholas two paire of sheets and one
pettecoate and wastcoate and two smockes
The residue of my goods not yett given and bequeathed I give and bequeath unto William Fullager als Dunne aforesaid paying my debts and legacies dischargeing my funerall Expences whom I ordaine and make executor of this my last will and testament
