I give all my real and personal Estate whatsoever unto my Brother Robert Westfield and my Sisters Anne Cole, Mary Westfield and Katherine Penney wife of John Penney and to their heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be divided between them
And I nominate Mr. Sampson Pierce to be Executor of this my Will

The before registered Will of Lucy Clarabut deceased was proved the 16th Day of May 1739 before the Reverend Richard Monins, Clerk, lawfull Surrogate to the worshipfull Thomas Tenison, Doctor of Laws, Comissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury, lawfully constituted and Adm[inistrati]on of the said deceaseds goods so far as concerned the said deceased and her Will was committed to Sampson Pierce sole Executor named in the said Will he being first sworn duly to Execute the same

Lucy Morecraft then married Daniel Claribut 7 Feb 1724/25 at St. Mary, Dover.
Lucy Claribut was buried 22 Oct 1738 at St. Mary, Dover.
