First I Give and Bequeath to my well beloved Daughter Elizabeth Cladinbold the half part of my Lands messuages and Tenements by her to be
enjoyed
and the other half part of my Lands Messuages and tenements I Give to my well beloved Son James Cladinbold by him to be enjoyed likewise
What remains such as Household Goods and Cloaths, Stock in Trade & not only Monies owing to me at the time of my decease but every thing else not mentioned in this Will which belongs to me at the said time to be equally divided between my two aforesaid Children to be by them Possessed and enjoyed
And I hereby utterly disallow, revoke and disanul all and every other former Testaments Wills or Legacies, bequests and Executors by me before named. ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last Will and Testament

3 May 1785 Which Day Appeared Personally Henry Gibbons of Deal in the County of Kent, Carpenter, and Charles Crickett of the same place,
Carpenter, and being Sworn upon the Holy Evangelists Do depose that for several years last past they the said Henry Gibbons and
Charles Crickett have very well known George Cladinbold late of Deal aforesaid Carpenter deceased, And have often seen him write, and were and are
thereby well acquainted with his Manner and Character of his Hand writing
And having now seen and perused the paper Writing hereunto annexed beginning thus: "In the
Name of God Amen the 10 Day of February 1783 I George Cladinbold Carpenter of the Town and
Borough of Deal in the County of Kent" and ending thus: " In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my
Hand and seal the Day and year above written" and signed thus: "George Cladinbold" (Purporting
to be his the said George Cladinbold's last Will and Testament) they do verily believe the same to be
all of his the said George Cladinboles own proper handwriting

The said Henry Gibbons & Charles Crickett were Sworn to the truth hereof &c. before me John Gostling, Surrogate
Adm[inistrati]on with the before Registered Will annexed of George Cladinbold dec[eas]ed was on the third Day of May 1785 before the Reverend John Gostling, Clerk, Surrogate to the Worshipful Andrew Coltee Duracel, Doctor of Laws, Commissary General of the City and Diocese of Canterbury, lawfully constituted, granted to Elizabeth Cladinbold and James Cladinbold, Children of the deceased, and Universal Legatees named in the said Will (there being no Executor appointed) They being first Sworn well and truly to Admr.

George Claringbold was buried 14 Apr 1785 at St. Leonard, Deal, Kent.
George Claringbold and Anne Pilley, both otp., were married at St. Leonard, Deal after Banns on 7 Jul 1760. He signed his name Claringbowl.
Witnesses were: Sarah Claringbole and Marian? Pilley.
Wife Ann Claringbould was buried at St. Leonard, Deal on 2 May 1780.
Daughter Elizabeth bap. 28 Jan 1761; Son James bap. 2 Mar 1764, both at St. Leonard.
