first I give and bequeath to my Brother William Clarke of the Charter House in the City of London the sum of one hundred pounds Stock part of the Stock standing in my name in the Consolidated three per Cent Annuities
Also I give and bequeath to my Niece Ann Wells the Wife of John Wells of Dover in the County of Kent Taylor the sum of one hundred pounds Stock part of the Stock above described
Also I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Clarke Sloy the Wife of ____ Sloy of Dover in the
County of Kent Blacksmith the sum of one hundred pounds part of the Stock above mentioned
the above legacies to be transferred to the respective Legatees
within one year after my decease by my Executor hereafter named
I give and bequeath to Elizabeth Jones Daughter of the Revd James Jones Minor Canon of Rochester in the County of Kent my gold Watch to be given her by my Executor immediately after my decease
I give and bequeath the remainder of my monies in the Funds the money I may have by me or due to me at my decease my Wearing Apparel my Furniture and every thing I may be possessed of to my Nephew William Groombridge of the Parish of Saint Margaret next Rochester in the County of Kent Shipwright whom I nominate and appoint residuary Legatee and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament
