In the name of God Amen.
I ANTHONY CLINKARD of the parish of Town Sutton in the County of Kent Gentleman being weak in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praise be therefore given to Almighty God do make and ordain this my present last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say
First I commend my soul to hands of Almighty God And my body I commit to the earth to be decently buryed at the discretion of Capt. JOHN BICKLEY of Attleborough in the County of Norfolk
As to my worldly estate I give as followeth

Imprimis I give and bequeath to my loving friend the said Capt. BICKLEY all my wearing apparel both linen and woollen to defray the charges of my buryall
Item I give to my loving friend Lieut CHARLES MIDLETON the sume of ten pounds to be paid him out of my arrears of my pay due to me

Item and lastly I give to my loving brother EDWARD FILMORE all the rest and residue of my reale and personall estate not before hereby bequeathed my debts being first discharged

And I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my loving friend Lieut CHARLES MIDLETON and my said loving brother EDWARD FILMORE to be my Executors of this my last will and Testament

And I do hereby utterly revoke all former and other wills by me heretofore made
In witness whereof to this my last will and testament I have hereunto put my hand and seal this Eighteenth day of January in the Eighth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord William the Third over England et Anno Domini 1696 - ANTHONY CLINKARD

Sealed and delivered by the above named ANTHONY CLINKARD as his last will and testament in the presence of -
