& I do nominate make & appoint my late Husband�s Nephew John Coates to be sole Exor of this my Will
& I do direct & order that all my just debts & my Funeral & Testamentary expences shall be paid
by my Exor as soon as can be after my decease
also I give & bequeath unto my Niece Sarah Devonshire Spinster four Hundred Pounds Stock or Annuities
commonly called three Pounds per Centum per Annum Bank Annuities when & so
soon as she shall attain her age of twenty one years or be Married which shall first happen
but in case of her death under the said age & before she shall be
Married then I give & bequeath the same unto the said John Coates for his own use & benefit
also I give & Bequeath unto my said Niece Sarah Devonshire all & every my Wearing Apparel of every sort & kind whatsoever
also I give & bequeath unto Sarah Coates Niece of my said late Husband the sum of thirty Pounds to be paid to her within three Months next after my decease
& all the rest & residue of my Money Securities for Money Stock Annuities Household Goods & other Goods Chattels Rights Credits Effects and Personal Estate whatsoever & wheresoever & of what nature or kind soever I give & bequeath unto the before named John Coates for his own use & benefit
& hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this only to be my last Will & Testament
