In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Cogger of the Parish of Ightham in the County of Kent being Sick and Weak in Body but of Sound Mind Memory and understanding Praised be God for the same do therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
first and Principally I Resign my Soul to God that gave it and my Body I Commit to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Executors hereinafter named and as for the Temporal Estate which it hath Pleased God to bless me with I give and dispose thereof as follows

first I Give and bequeath unto my Son William One Guinea only he being provided for already by the last Will and Testament of his Uncle John Cogger deceased

Item I give and Bequeath unto my Son John and to my Daughter Elizabeth all my Bills Bonds Mortgages Ready Money Debts owing me and all my Goods Chattels and Effects and all other my Estate that I shall dye possessed of Interested in to hold to them their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever share and share Alike

and I nominate Constitute and appoint my said son John and daughter Elizabeth Executors of this my last Will and Testament and I appoint my said Executors Guardians to my said son William until he shall Attain to the age of one and Twenty Years
and I order and direct my said Executors to say and discharge all my just debts and funeral Expences

In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Bequests by me at any time heretofore made set my hand and Seal this sixth day of February in the nineteenth year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord King George the Second and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty five Tho Cogger
