Item I give to the said John Godistone and Richard Philpott full power of all my moveables
and unmoveables to see my debts and bequests fulfilled and payed

First I will that my said foeffes shall suffer Margarett my Wif immediately after my decesse to have and to take to her owne use the issues and profitts of all my lands and tents. [tenements] with the appurtenances in Kenyngton aforesaid for terme of her life kepping the reparations thereof well and sufficiently And doeing no strape or waste An also paying the rents and sutes of courte yerely thereof chefe lords of the fee
And after the decesse of the said Margarette I will all my said landes and tents. with thappurtenances shall remyane to Simon Dodistone and to the heires of his body lawfully begotten in fee symple And yf it fortune the said Symone to dye without issue of his body lawfully begotten then I will that all the said landes and tents. with thappurtenances shell remayne for Richard Dedistone brother of the said Symon Dedistone and to the heires of his body lawfully begotten And yf so happen the said Richard do dye withoute heires of hys body lawfully begotten then I will that all the said lands and tents. with thappurtenances shall remayne to the children of the said John Dedistone and of my Sester Alice his Wife
Provided all wy that for the kepyng of the hoole tenement together that the Oldest yf of his sonnes shall have allweyes the said lands and tents. before the younger sonnes in manr and forme as is above said ot Symon and Richard fulfyllyng of all his sonnes that then yt shall remayne unto the daughters yn like manr and forme as is abovesaid of the said Symon and Richard and their brothers
Also I will that of Margarete my Wife decesse or the said Symon Dedistone come to thage of xxij yeres that then John Dedistone and my sister Alice shall share the governance of all my ands and tents. with thappurtenances with the helpe of the foresaid Richard Philpott and of myne executors and my foeffe tyll the said Symon come to the age of xxij yeres And likewise to have the governance of all my said lands and tents. if it so Fortune the said lands and tents. for to come to any other of the children beyng within the age of xxij yeres
Then I will that all the children of John Dedistone and of Alyce my sister decesse withoute heires of their body lawfully begotten then I will that my foeffes their heires or assignes shall sell all my lands and tents. with thappurtenances to the moust valeure And the money thereof received shalbe disposed in this wise
First I will that a preest shall thereof 10 marks to syng for my soule and all crysten soules in
the churche of Kenyngton by the space of a yere

Item I will to the mendyng of foule wayes within the said p�she 4 marks

the churche of Kenyngton aforesaid
The residue of the money shal be bestowed in Almesse deds by the dyscretion of myne

Item I will that my foeffes immediately after my decesse shal delyver unto the said John Dedistone a sufficient and good estate in the lawe of and yn a pece of land with thapputenacnes called Brokenfeld conteyning by estemacon 6 acres more or lesse lying and beying in Kenyngton aforesaid to be had to the said John his heires and assignes for ever the ordenance before named notwithstanding paying thereof to the churche wardens and p�ishonners of Kenyngton within iiij yeres next after my decesse �12 of good and lawfull money of England for to bye a newe suete for the said churche of Kenyngton
Also I will that myne executors shall paie of my moveables betwene this daye and Michelmasses next comyng 5 marks of good and lawfull money of England unto John Jurdane and Henry Jurdane in full payment of �10 for the lands that I bought of them called Greate Puckners and Litell Puckners togehter lying and beyng in the p�ishe of Eastwell of the whiche lands I will my said Wif shal have the p�fitts for terme of her life if so be that John and Henry being not �10 of lawfull money a peece? to be paied to Xpofer? Dedistone which in the time of ten yeres next after my decesse
Also I will that the said John Jurdane and Henry Jurdane shall delyver a good and a sufficient estate of the siad lands called Greate Pukners and Litell Pukners unto the said xpofer immediately after my decease the whiche I will shal have the said lands to hym his heires and asignes for ever
Also I will that the land that I bought of John Pende shall remayne to Richard Deniston his heirs and assynes for ever more after the decesse of the said Margarete my Wif if so be that the said John Pende paye not xxijs iiijd within the space of iij yeres next after the date of the deds made upon the sale of the said land unto Richard Dediston then I will that John Pende have the same land ayred? to hym his heires and assygnes for ever more with a good and sufficient astate of my foeffes
Item I will that my Wif shall delyver all manr of deds of all my lands in Kenyngton and Eastwell unto the said John Dediston immediately after my decesse Dated the daie and yere abovesaid
