unto the said Martha Collins and her heirs after her decease now living at Sheerness in Kent all my wages sum and sums of money lands tenements goods chattels and estate whatsoever as shall be any ways due owing or belonging unto me at the time of my decease I do bequeath devise and bequeath the same unto the said Martha Collins my lawfull wife and her heirs after my death
and I do hereby nominate and appoint the said Martha Collins Execut of this my said last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills testaments and deeds of gifts by me at any time heretofore and I do ordain and these presents to stand and be for and as my only last will and testament.
In witness whereof to this my said will I have set my hand and seal the twenty ninth day of March in the year of
our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty and in the fortieth year of the reign of His
Majesty King George the third by the Grace of God over Great Britain

This will was proved at London on the fourth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty two before the Worshipfull Andrew Coltee Ducarel? Doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right Worshipfull Peter Calvert Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Martha Collins widow the relict of the said deceased and sole Executrix named in the said will to whom Administration was granted of all and singular the good chattels and credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
