In the Name of God Amen I Agness Collatt of the Parish of East Greenwich in the County of Kent Widow being poorly in health but of sound and perfect mind and memory and considering the uncertainty of this life Do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following
First I commend my Soul into the hands of Almighty God hoping for Pardon of all my Sins thro� the merits of Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth there to be buried at the discretion and expence of my Executor here after mentioned
And as for such Worldly Estate and Effects which I shall be Possessed of or intitled unto at the time of my Decease I give and bequeath the same as followeth (that is to say)

I Give and Bequeath to my Son Francis John Collatt one Dozen of White Linen Shirts one dozen of White Cotton Stockings one Silver Watch two Gold Rings and one Portable Desk

As for all the rest residue and remainder of my Personal Estate Goods Chattles Plate and Jewels with all other Properties of what kindsoever to me appertaining I Give and Bequeath the same to Christopher Horseman whom I make constitute and appoint the whole and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this fourth day of December in the forty first Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland Kind Defender of the Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and one Agness Collatt
