I also give and bequeath the sum of fifty pounds Sterling to each of the following benevolent institutions equally, the .... and ..... Bible Society and the Kent Canterbury Hospital such legacies to be paid to the Treasurers for the time being of the said benevolent institutions. And I .... that the ..... of the Treasurers of the said benevolent institutions ........ the above legacies are paid, shall be and official ........
I give all the real estate ...........
my brother David Collard ............. the real residue and remainder of my goods and
chattels and all other my personal estate and ......... whatsoever unto my dear mother Mary
Collard for her own proper use and benefit.
I give unto my said mother Mary Collard and my
said brother David Collard, their heirs, executors and administrators all the estates that may
be vested in me at the time of my decease in kind or by way of mortgage subject to the trusts
and securities affecting the same respectively.
And I appoint my said mother Mary Collard
and my said brother David Collard Executrix and Executor of this my will in witness whereof I
have hereunder set my hand this thirteenth day of March in the year of our Lord on thousand
eight hundred and forty nine. ----- D. Collard --------- signed by the testator as his last will and
testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence
and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses

Proved at London 25th Jan. 1850 before the judge by the oath of David Collard, the brother, one of the executors, to whom Admon was granted having been first sworn by Comon only to administer. Power reserved of making the like grant to Mary Collard, widow, the mother, the other executor when she shall apply for the same.
