I doe hereby declare That it is my mynde and will that my loving wife shall from & ymediatly after my decease Take receave & keepe possession of my house & enter into my possession of my goods Chattells household stuffe plate money debts (which is or may become to mee from the States or any other person or persons) or whatsoever else I shall dye possessed with as in right of mee, but to & for her onely use benefitt & behoofe & for noe other intente or purpose whatsoever as fully wholly and effectually to all intents & purposes & in every respect matter & thing as I my selfe might or of right could doe, if I were thereat personally present, holding for firme and staple

On the five and twentieth day of May in the yere of our Lord God one Thousand Six Hundred Fiftie Nyne issued forth Letters of Administration to Elizabeth Comporte, widdowe Relict & principall Legatary named in this will to administer the goods Chattells and debts of the said deceased according to the Tenor & effecte thereof for that noe executor is therein named shee being first sworne well and truely to administer
