Imprimis I desire to be buried in the Church Yard at Lee by Stephen Hinton and I would have a very good Rail over my Grave and as to my
Funeral I desire it may be a decent One I would have Pall Bearers and Bearers to have Gloves and favours
and Mr Goodwin and his Wife and a pair of Gloves
to my Cousin John Thorn and to each of my Fellow servants Gloves and favours
and I would have Mr John Travers of Greenwich to be the undertaker
item I Give and bequeath to my Brother Thomas Constable my Plain Gold Ring
and to my Brother Joseph Constable the ring I had for Stephen Hinton
and to my Sister Susanna Robeson my Cypher ring
and I Give to my Brother Thomas Constable my Pint Silver Ring and after his death to his Son John
And as for my Wearing Apparell in general I would have divided into three equall parts of every thing and that my Sister Susanna Robeson Shall make Choice of One first and the other two Parts One for my Sister Ann Constable and the other for my Sister Elizabeth Constable
And I Give to my Neice Elizabeth Robeson my Swing looking Glass
and to my Brother Thomas Constable�s Daughter Elizabeth my Chest of Drawers
and to my God daughter Sarah Constable Daughter of my Brother Thomas Constable my Pockett Bible and whole duty of Man
and to my God daughter Sarah Constable Daughter of my Brother Joseph Constable my large Bible
and I bequeath to my Mistress Sarah Papillon the sum of One Pound One Shilling for a Ring and a Pair of Gloves and a Favour
and to Nurse Cornish a Fifteen shilling Ring and a large Box I give to my Sister Susanna Robeson
and when my Funeral Charges and all my Debts are paid I Will that the residue of my Money be equally devided between my two Brothers Thomas and Joseph Constable and my Sister Susanna Robeson
and I nominate and Appoint my Brother Thomas Constable and my Brother Joseph Constable Sole Executors of this my last Will and Testament
