I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William Tyhurst Son of Robert Tyhurst of Westerham in the
said County of Kent Stage Coachman all my Estate and Effects of every nature and kind whatsoever to hold to him and his
assigns for ever
upon Condition nevertheless that my said Nephew shall and do from the time of my decease support and
maintain my Wife Mary Constable during the term of her natural life in good and sufficient Meat Drink Washing and
Lodging in my Present Dwelling House and also Paying and Allowing to my said Wife the Sum of two Pounds Yearly for
Pocket Money
and also upon this further Condition that my said Nephew shall in like manner find and Provide Good and
sufficient Meat Drink Cloaths Washing and Lodging in my said Dwelling House for my Brother William Constable and also
Paying and Allowing to my said Brother William Constable the Sum of three Pounds Yearly for Pocket Money
I give and bequeath unto my Sister Ann Tyhurst Wife of William Tyhurst of Penshurst aforesaid Yeoman the Sum of ten Pounds in Case she shall survive her said Husband to be paid in three months After
I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Henry Tyhurst Son of the said Robert Tyhurst now residing with me the Sum of ten
Pounds to be paid him within twelve months after my decease
I give and bequeath unto Humphry Constable now residing with me as a Servant the Sum of Five Pounds payable twelve
months after my decease
I give and bequeath unto my Brother Philip Constable my Brother in Law William Wait and to Sarah
Pearch Wife of Thomas Pearch one Mourning Ring each to be of the respective value of one Guinea
All which last mentioned Legacies are to be paid by my Nephew William Tyhurst out of
the Estate and Effects by me herein before given to him as above mentioned
and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Nephew William Tyhurst sole Executor of this
my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other Wills by me heretofore made
